Billing

How billing works

The rules are the same on both plans.

How does the free trial work?

Both plans start with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start; add a payment method before the trial ends. You get a reminder 3 days before. If the trial ends unpaid, your inbox and calendar stay visible, but nothing can be posted or sent until a plan is paid.

When am I billed?

Every month on the day you subscribed. Each invoice is due 5 days after it is issued.

Is sales tax included in the price?

No. Prices on this page exclude 16% sales tax on services, which is added to every invoice.

What happens if I upgrade?

Fully managed unlocks at once. The difference for the rest of the month is charged, prorated, the same day.

What happens if I downgrade?

Downgrades take effect at the end of the month. You can schedule one at any time, and your current plan runs to the end of the paid period. There are no refunds or credit.

What if a payment fails?

We retry on days 1, 3 and 7 after the due date, with an SMS and email each time. You keep full access for 7 days while retries run. After that the workspace locks until the invoice is paid.

Can I add a second account on the same channel?

Yes. Every plan includes one account per channel. Each extra account is PKR 1,000 / month on Self managed and PKR 2,000 / month on Fully managed, and renews with your plan.
